Do plenty of physical exercise while you are studying for exams. Exercise helps oxygen move around your body and your brain needs lots of oxygen to work well. Go outside for a walk and get some fresh air, go for a swim or meet your friends for a game of football.

We always walk for hours it is not a hard exercise but we can talk and have fun. And when I start studying, every 25 minutes I do some exircise to be energetic;)
My friends and I usually go for a walk during breaks. I think doing regular exercises is needed. It helps us refresh our brain and body after a long time studying.
I often dance while taking a break from studying, but sometimes I forget to study and just dance and dance and dance! I don't know if this could help in studying, but at least I have fun and my brain rests :)
