
If you’ve prepared well for the exam, the night before the exam shouldn’t be too stressful. In fact, you should be able to relax a little and you should also have time to get organised for the big day.
- Review your notes.
- Get your bag ready. Do you need to take anything to the exam? Pens? Pencils? A dictionary? A bottle of water? A watch? An ID card?
- Do something you enjoy, like listening to music or watching TV before you go to bed. This will help you relax.
- Go to bed early and get a good night’s sleep.

This is the end of a half-term semester in my country(in Ukraine) I'm really sick and tired of everyday tests in each subject .It's very stressfull for me. And to calm down I usually just try to forget about everything at all.Holidays such as St.Nicholas Day,Christmas and New Year and lot of presents are really healpful when it comes to coping with the exam stress.
P.S. when I'm under stress I eat loooots of chocolates and candies :)
Sleeping is indeed very important. Studying the night before the exam is a bad idea and it never worked for me. Neither in primary school and it doesn't help in high school either. The proper way is to some decent rest the night before. Studying the night before exam is a good sleep wasted. Seriously. If you cannot fall asleep (because of the excitement, or stress...) try to follow these sleep tips:
For me it always work to drink a big hot cup of milk. I get sleepy soon afterwards. Regarding stress and excitement - try to not think about your exam. You are only freaking yourself out. Is it worth it? Will worrying help you get better grades? Didn't think so. Go to bed and think of something pleasant. Think of last summer when you were at the seaside. Listen to seagulls and the sea. Helping? Good night then ;)

Many people told me: "Wow! How could you do that? You must have studied very hard during the night before the exam. " (In Vietnamese of course. I'm Vietnamese.). Actually, I didn't. Firse, I'm quite lazy. Second, I just think that it's not necessary for us to do that. I remember getting up early in the morning I have to take the exam and I failed. Now, I know. We will be much more stressful if we do that. I have just won the first prize in the competition named IOE and the night before the exam, I watched the GRAMMY and listened to music until I fell asleep.
I've forgot to tell that I usually go to bed early, eat nuts(that relaxes me), listen to my favourite music and read magazines.
Well, it depends from person to person, but I am a kind of student who likes to repeat everything the night before exam.

Well that is great tips i ever use these tips.but one tip i would like to share here that is be calm and cool when 1 hour left to start your exam and stop the reading your notes and books too. if u don't do that you will lose your temperament and its means u'll forget many things that is related to your exam and would get low marks..best wishes
Yep, the most important thing is sleeping. I need at least 8 hours of sleep prior to examination day :P
