Idioms are one of the hardest parts of learning a language. For those of you who don’t know, an idiom is a phrase which has a meaning, but the meaning is not clear from the words themselves.
It’s currently December and Christmas is almost here. It’s a time for eating great food, giving and receiving presents, and – most importantly – spending time with your family.
Moving to a foreign country is an amazing, life-changing experience. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, immerse yourself in a different culture and possibly learn another language.
